About Us
Since 2009, Angela has been offering personal training (one on one and small group), bootcamp and kickboxing classes in the GTA and Durham Region. Since the pandemic, she is training almost exclusively online. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in mid-life wellness for women, hormonal fat loss, corrective exercise, kickboxing and having fun while working out. She understands the struggles that many women have when it comes to balancing hormones and weight loss.

Angela's Teaching Style and Philosophy:
Angela's training involves corrective exercise (to correct muscle imbalances), functional exercises and compound movements, utilizing the whole body. The exercises involve bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands, just to name a few. Her workouts are designed to create the "afterburn" effect, which means more calories being burned AFTER the workout (for up to 48hrs later).
Self Defense Seminars
Angela is a former Master Trainer who taught kickboxing certification courses to Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors. She was the "2012 Trainer of the Year" for Ontario. She holds a 2nd Dan Blackbelt in ITF Taekwon-do and a Blackbelt level in Fitness Kickboxing. She is also a former police officer.

Prior to moving to Canada in 2007, she taught Taekwon-do full-time.
Since 2016, she has been teaching ABC Women's Self Defense Workshops across Ontario.
Soul Full Camp
Angela is a core leader with Soul Full Camp.
