Angela's Teaching Style and Philosophy:
Angela's training involves corrective exercise (to correct muscle imbalances), functional exercises and compound movements, utilizing the whole body. The exercises involve bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands, just to name a few. Her workouts are designed to create the "afterburn" effect, which means more calories being burned AFTER the workout (for up to 48hrs later).
Since 2010, Angela has been a Master Trainer for Fitness Kickboxing Canada (FKCI). She was their "2012 Trainer of the Year" for Ontario. She is a 2nd Dan Blackbelt in ITF Taekwon-do and holds a Blackbelt level in Fitness Kickboxing thru FKCI. She is also a Level 3 Kickboxing Instructor with FKCI.

Angela is a hormonal fat loss consultant with Metabolic Effect. She believes everyone should be a fat loss detective and find out what works for them.
Angela's Basic Nutrition Plan:
Eat local, in-season food
Meats should be free of antibiotics, added hormones, GMO feed and other drugs
Animals should be free-range and graze
Avoid artificial and imitation foods

Since 2009, we have been offering personal training (one on one and small group), bootcamp and kickboxing classes in the GTA and Durham Region. With over 15 years experience, Angela specializes in hormonal fat loss, corrective exercise, kickboxing and having fun while working out. She understands the struggles that many women have when it comes to weight loss. She is a Master Trainer for FKCI and is their 2012 "Trainer of the Year" for Ontario.
