"I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for me over the past year! When I joined your bootcamp a year ago I knew I needed to do something and was not exactly sure what to expect. It is definitely more than I could imagine! At the time I joined I was a 46 year old mother of 2 and very out of shape. I am not athletic and had tried all the different fad diets over the years. “Last year, I did Angela's Spring Training and yes, it sprung me forward in a few ways. Our sessions combined cardio workouts and muscle building both in and out of doors. Sessions were fun and co-operative and a good way to mark your own advancement re overall health and specific ball skills (and of course - no injuries). Batting, throwing, catching and game strategies helped me to focus on some of my weaker points. Lots of fun!”​
